Professional Development: Continuing professional development is an ongoing requirement for CEng MIMMM status. You will have to continue to maintain and develop your skills through training, seminars, and other learning events.

 IoM3 Competency Report The IoM3 Competency Report is integral in the assessment of your professional competence against the criteria of CEng MIMMM status. This report should give a thorough picture of your engineering work, including how you fulfill each competency contained within the UK-SPEC standard.
